Regional supervisors are executive officers who oversee the following five zones:

  • Mediterranean Supervisors: France, Italy, Spain
  • Southeast Supervisor: Australia, New Zealand, China, India, Japan, Korea, South Africa, Vietnam
  • Americas Supervisor: Brazil, Canada, USA
  • Western Europe Supervisor: Austria, Benelux, Germany, Switzerland, United Kingdom
  • Eastern Europe Supervisor: Russia, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden, Turkey

Role and missions

The Regional Supervisor is responsible for overseeing management tools, best practices & synergies within their designated region.
They will act as a liaison between the region and the corporate group, ensuring that marketing, communication, CSR and related strategic initiatives are effectively implemented. This includes:

  • Supervision of Management Tools: Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of management systems, tools, and best practices to ensure they meet the needs of the region. This involves regular reviews, feedback loops, and collaboration with the corporate team to make improvements as needed.
  • Liaison with the Corporate Group: Serving as the primary point of contact between the region and the corporate group, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on key projects and initiatives. This includes coordinating marketing projects, communication strategies, CSR initiatives, and other corporate initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment.
  • Implementation of Strategic Initiatives: Leading the regional execution. This includes working with regional teams to adapt corporate strategies to local markets, monitoring performance metrics, and providing feedback to the corporate group for continuous improvement.
