By establishing the Strategic Operations Committee, the Group aims to
proactively shape its future, capitalize on emerging opportunities, and
maintain its competitive edge through strategic foresight and agile execution.

The COS comprises senior executive leaders, including:
- Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- Chief Information Officer (CIO)
- Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
- One representative from each of the Group’s business units

Role and missions
Define Long-Term Strategy
- Establish the Group’s vision, mission and strategic objectives for the next 5-10 years.
- Conduct analyses of the external environment, market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic direction.
- Ensure alignment of the long-term strategy with the group’s core values and strengths.
Develop 3-Year Strategic Roadmap
- Formulate a comprehensive 3-year strategic plan outlining key initiatives, projects, and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and operational improvements to maintain a competitive edge.
- Anticipate and plan for potential market disruptions, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
Promote Agility and Adaptability
- Foster a culture of agility and responsiveness to market dynamics across the Group.
- Regularly review and adjust the strategic roadmap to adapt to changing conditions or new oppportunities.
- Encourage cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to drive innovation and rapid decision-making.
Oversee Strategic Project Implementation
- Review progress reports on major strategic projects and initiatives.
- Provide guidance, remove roadblocks, and ensure lignment with the group’s strategic objectives.
- Evaluate project outcomes and make course corrections as needed.
Facilitate Cross-Functional Alignment
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among business units and functional areas.
- Resolve conflicts or misalignments that may arise during strategy execution.
- Foster a shared understanding of the group’s strategic priorities across all levels.
