By establishing the Strategic Operations Committee, the Group aims to
proactively shape its future, capitalize on emerging opportunities, and
maintain its competitive edge through strategic foresight and agile execution.

9 Members

The COS comprises senior executive leaders, including:

  • Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
  • Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
  • Chief Information Officer (CIO)
  • Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
  • One representative from each of the Group’s business units

Role and missions

Define Long-Term Strategy

  • Establish the Group’s vision, mission and strategic objectives for the next 5-10 years.
  • Conduct analyses of the external environment, market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic direction.
  • Ensure alignment of the long-term strategy with the group’s core values and strengths.

Develop 3-Year Strategic Roadmap

  • Formulate a comprehensive 3-year strategic plan outlining key initiatives, projects, and resource allocation.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and operational improvements to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Anticipate and plan for potential market disruptions, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.

Promote Agility and Adaptability

  • Foster a culture of agility and responsiveness to market dynamics across the Group.
  • Regularly review and adjust the strategic roadmap to adapt to changing conditions or new oppportunities.
  • Encourage cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to drive innovation and rapid decision-making.

Oversee Strategic Project Implementation

  • Review progress reports on major strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Provide guidance, remove roadblocks, and ensure lignment with the group’s strategic objectives.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and make course corrections as needed.

Facilitate Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Ensure effective communication and coordination among business units and functional areas.
  • Resolve conflicts or misalignments that may arise during strategy execution.
  • Foster a shared understanding of the group’s strategic priorities across all levels.
