The CSR steering committee of the SFA Group is a working group dedicated to defining and implementing the company’s CSR approach. It is supported by a consulting firm, which gives it a global vision of CSR issues and enables it to mobilize all stakeholders.

2 Internal Members & A Consulting firm

The CSR steering Committee comprises senior executives assisted by a consulting firm, including:

  • Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Deputy CEO)
  • CSR Director
  • Consulting firm

Unlimited for internal members
1 year renewable for
external consultant

Appointment by general management

2 times per year or more

Role and missions

Strategic Development

  • Designing, deploying, and implementation of the CSR approach in line with the CSRD.

Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensuring the adherence to the new ESRS reporting standards.
  • Defining and updating a multi-year calendar.
  • Proposing, communicating, and overseeing action plans to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Working closely with Business Units (BUs) in the implementation of their action plans and alignment with overall CSR objectives.

Monitoring and Evaluation

  • Regularly updating stakeholders on progress and changes in the CSR strategy.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the CSR approach, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Coordinating between Group and consultants to ensure approach remains consistent and in line with evolving standards.
