GROUP CSR STEERING COMMITTEE
The CSR steering committee of the SFA Group is a working group dedicated to defining and implementing the company’s CSR approach. It is supported by a consulting firm, which gives it a global vision of CSR issues and enables it to mobilize all stakeholders.

Role and missions
Strategic Development
- Designing, deploying, and implementation of the CSR approach in line with the CSRD.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensuring the adherence to the new ESRS reporting standards.
- Defining and updating a multi-year calendar.
- Proposing, communicating, and overseeing action plans to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Working closely with Business Units (BUs) in the implementation of their action plans and alignment with overall CSR objectives.
Monitoring and Evaluation
- Regularly updating stakeholders on progress and changes in the CSR strategy.
- Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the CSR approach, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Coordinating between Group and consultants to ensure approach remains consistent and in line with evolving standards.
