GROUP CSR COMMITTEE

The main mission of the CSR Committee is to oversee the implementation of our CSR strategy. It is composed of employees from the various Group entities.

The CSR Committee comprises senior executive leaders, including:

  • Chief Executive Officers (CEOs)
  • Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Deputy CEO)
  • Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
  • Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
  • CSR Director
  • Human Resource Manager
  • Plant Managers
  • Sales Manager

Role and missions

  • Amending and validating the successive stages of the approach proposed by the CSR Steering Committee.
  • Ensuring its implementation in all Group entities.
  • Ensuring its internal and external communication and understanding.
  • Appropriating the CSR approach proposed by the CSR Steering Committee.
  • Monitoring deployment in BUs.
  • Consolidating reports.
  • Analysing results and corrective measures.
  • Communicating results to internal and external stakeholders.
