Fighting against corruption and bribery

A number of tools have been put in place:
- Anti-corruption code of conduct, with the help of an expert law firm
- Group Code of conduct
- Supplier code of conduct
- Sustainable procurement policy
- Whistleblowing procedure “Speak Up”

Training courses are also regularly organised for the Ethics Committee, the CSR Committee and the Purchasing Department.

CYBERSECURITY

Protecting our digital ecosystem

Since 2026, our French subsidiaries and Group headquarters have been ISO 27001 certified, demonstrating our commitment to establishing, implementing, managing, monitoring, and continuously improving our information security management system. In addition, 10% of our IT budget is dedicated to cybersecurity measures, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to protect our digital assets and maintain the trust and confidence of our stakeholders.

ETHICS COMMITTEE

Ensuring compliance with ethical standards

Created in 2021 and made up of managers from various Group departments, the Ethics Committee ensures compliance with the Ethics Charter within our organisation. In particular, it is responsible for managing alerts recorded via the "Speak Up" system.

CSRD READINESS

We are preparing for mandatory Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) compliance in 2028. As a first step, we completed our first Double Materiality Assessment in 2025.
